Outdoor Personal Training
Mission: Hop-on fitness, Hop off fitter
A mix of indoor (Hop-on into the Caravan) and outdoor (open space) training at the parks.
The first Caravan gym concept here in Singapore, equipped with the necessary gears to give you a holistic workout - Strength-based, cardiovascular, or plyometric movement; available in both low and high intensity.
Customised program for each individual based on your health and fitness objective.
Home-based Personal Training
Mission: Resistance Training + Weight Management
Tailored program for C-suite level executives, busy professionals and dialect speaking towkays. Zero time wasted to commute to the gym; Maximal comfort at your own space - Your fitness is my priority!
Studies found that individuals perform better after a session of Cardiovascular workout OR Strength training. This is due to increase in Endorphins and Dopamine (Happy Chemicals) in us.
Customised program for each individual as we have different body type, fitness level and health condition - Complimentary body composition analysis provided before each program begins.
Consultancy in setting up a home gym to suit your fitness and health objective can be provided too.
Corporate Group Training
Mission: Strength Conditioning + Team Bonding
We begin every session with a body composition analysis, followed by simple and fun movement to get everyone warmed up. Playing of games to promote interaction within the team. Specific movement drills promote Agility, Balance, Coordination, Core strength, Flexibility, Muscle endurance and Power. Currently class size is limited to 9 trainees to 1 instructor.
Everyday Home Fitness for Senior Adults
Mission: Functional Mobility + Independence = Successful Aging
Statistics show that 1 in 3 adults above 65 years old falls once a year. Fall contribute to increase morbidity and mortality. As we aged, muscle atrophy, osteoporosis, chronic diseases affect the way we walk, move and perform Activity of Daily Living (ADL). We hope to promote constant movement at home instead of becoming a couch potato. Making use of home furniture, household products like a sack of rice, a bottle of oil, a can of sardine, senior adults will be able to perform compound & isometric actions. Increasing muscular strength; Maintaining agility and balance; Improving aerobic health - promote functional independence and retard progression of chronic diseases.
Kids Exploratory Calisthenics Class
Mission: Physical Fitness in a Fun and Unrestrictive manner
Play - random, unstructured and fluid outdoor activities to get children (5 years old to 8 years old) to be creative and on the move.
Incorporating movement drills into Play, improve and promote Locomotor skills development, Agility, Balance and Coordination, strengthening of Core and boosting Confidence.
